How did a planetarium for observing the starry sky become a concert hall? Which works of art can be discovered in the Tonhalle? Why are the acoustics in the concert hall so unique today and why wasn't this always the case? Kirsten Bernheim regularly offers guided tours of the Tonhalle, during which you can delve into the exciting history of the concert hall, take a look behind the scenes and hear anecdotes from the concert business. The 60-minute tour takes you through the whole building, into the backstage areas and up to the stage. Group tours at other times can be arranged on request.
